Operator and contact

The service is run by the operator reachable at: tachograf@m2x.dev. Write to this address for a copy of your data, a correction, or any other privacy question.

What is stored

• Your account: email address, password hash, company profile (name, address, tax numbers, contact details, logo).
• Drivers and vehicles you add: card number, holder name, employment details, registration number, VIN.
• Files you upload: driver card and vehicle unit files, driver and vehicle documents, with the activity data they contain, and the reports built from them.
• Leave records and route classifications you enter for a driver.
• Trips imported from CargoScan: customer company, stop addresses, contact persons and phone numbers at loading and unloading sites, cargo and freight details.

Where

All of it is in a PostgreSQL database on the operator's server. It is not passed to third parties. There is no analytics and no advertising. The only cookie is the session cookie that keeps you logged in. Your browser also keeps a sidebar display preference in its local storage; it is never sent to the server.

When you import orders directly from CargoScan, the server sends your CargoScan API key to CargoScan for that one request; the key is not stored.

What your browser loads from other sites

Only the route map in a report loads resources from other sites, so your browser contacts:

• tile.openstreetmap.org

Links to official legal texts are followed only when you click them.

How long

Until you delete the data or the account yourself. Nothing is deleted automatically after a period. Copies in database backups can remain until those backups are rotated.

Your rights

• Delete a driver (with their uploads, documents, leave records and reports): open the driver and choose "Delete driver" (/drivers/<id>/delete).
• Delete a vehicle and its documents: open the vehicle and choose "Delete vehicle" (/vehicles/<id>/delete).
• Delete your account and everything in it: Profile, "Delete account" (/profile/delete).
• A copy of your data or a correction: write to the contact above. There is no self-service export.

Your responsibility

You decide which drivers' data you upload and you are responsible for having a legal basis for processing it. The operator processes the data in order to provide the service.
